| In October 2006, Mail America Communications added a 10-color UV Sanden press with capabilities
of printing roll to roll or roll to sheets in cylinder sizes of 17, 22, and 28 inches, to meet our growing customer needs of four
color printing. Additionally, six new high-speed inserters were installed in October across the companies to increase DMH's
daily mail volume capacity. |

in and partnership with Diamondback Direct (DBD). DBD specializes in overseas production of direct
mail premium packages. |

| In August 2006, Direct Mail Holding announced the hiring of Chris Bondy as
the Executive Vice President of the Specialty Mailing Division. Chris was formerly the Chief Technology Architect for
Eastman Kodak's Graphic Communications Division. |

| In February 2006, Direct Mail Holding was pleased to announce the
acquisition of Typed Letters in Wichita Kansas. Typed Letters specializes in quick turn and multiple match projects
through its in-house ability to print, image and letter shop all the components of the direct mail package. |

| In November 2005, Direct Mail Holding announced the restructuring of its
organization to better serve their customer's needs by providing focused solutions through three business units.
Regional Mailing, led by Dan Reber, includes the operations of Mail America Communications, Focus Direct, Creative
Mailing and Marketing and is focused on high volume, distributive mailing opportunities. Specialty Mailing, led by
Randy Seberg, focuses on unique and premium-driven direct mail package solutions and includes the operations of Alaniz,
DNR Group, Diamondback Direct and Typed Letters. Data Management is led by Paul Noonan and provides customer data
management and related services such as 24 hour thank you and receipting for its customers. |
